Alice M. Wosick, 90, of Grand Forks, ND and formerly of Grafton, ND passed away Tuesday, December 2, 2025, in Altru Hospital in Grand Forks.

Alice Marie Kouba was born on May 25, 1935, in Walsh County, North Dakota, the only child of John and Marie (Cernik) Kouba.  She was raised on the family farm near Veselyville, ND and attended school in Walsh County.  Alice married John T. Wosick on June 14, 1961, in St. Luke's Catholic Church in Veseleyville.  John and Alice moved to Grand Forks and later to Grafton.  Alice was employed with the Grafton State School, (now known as the Life Skills and Transition Center), Unity Hospital in Grafton and the University of North Dakota.

In 1987, John and Alice moved to Grand Forks and Alice continued her employment with UND until her retirement.  She was a member of St. Michael's Catholic Church in Grand Forks and a former member of St. John's Catholic Church in Grafton.  She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary, and enjoyed dancing to Polka music, going to casinos, and playing cards with her friends and family.  Also, she enjoyed cooking and baking and was known for her popcorn balls.  Alice never missed her hair styling appointments and was an avid fan of the soap opera, "The Young and the Restless".  Most of all, Alice was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.  John preceded her in death on December 9, 2006.

Alice is survived by her children, David (Crystal) Wosick Fargo, ND, Cynthia (Edmund) Kuznia, New Hope, MN, Kenneth Wosick, Grand Forks, ND, Mark (Toni) Wosick, Glyndon, MN,  and Donald (Pilar Howard) Wosick, Grand Forks, ND; grandchildren, Grant (Lindsey) Wosick, Hope Wosick, Grace (Adam) Sufficool, Miles (Fiancé Lauren Cain) Wosick, Samantha (Jake) Zavoral, Ethan Wosick, Bryce Wosick, (Emma Moy) and Chandler Wosick (Alyssa Oswald); great-grandchildren, Addison Wosick, Lincoln Wosick, Luke Sufficool, and Veda Sufficool;

She was preceded in death by her parents, and her husband, John.

Mass of Christian Burial: 1:00 p.m. Saturday, December 6, 2025, in St. Michael's Catholic Church in Grand Forks, ND.
Visitation: One hour prior to the liturgy in the church on Saturday.
Burial: In the spring of 2026, in Calvary North Cemetery, Grand Forks, ND.
