Brian L. Nadeau , 71, of East Grand Forks, MN passed away Sunday, November 14, 2021, in Halstad Living Center in Halstad, MN.

Brian Lee Nadeau was born on April 14, 1950, in Grand Forks, ND the son of David and Beryl (Westoby) Nadeau. He was raised and educated in Grand Forks. Upon the completion of his education, Brian entered the United States Army and completed is basic training at Fort Bliss, Texas. He returned to Grand Forks and throughout his life was employed at various jobs.

He enjoyed visiting with people and was a great storyteller. Brian was a tinkerer. He enjoyed working on bicycles and doing small engine repair. One of the joys of his life was repairing bicycles and giving them to children. He was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Grand Forks.

He is survived by his daughters, Noel Nadeau, Fargo, ND and Eva Nadeau, Mandan, ND; his sisters, Michelle (Douglas) Pettron, Inkster, ND, Gwenda (Rob) Berntson and Glenys Nadeau, both of Grand Forks, ND, Teryl (Donald) Wright, Great Falls, MT; a brother-in-law, Dallas Russ; a grandchild, Jensen Simonson and one grandchild, "on the way."

He was preceded in death by his parents; his daughters, Holly Nadeau, and Ivy Nadeau; a brother, Eric Nadeau; a sister, Brenda Russ and an infant sister, Beryl.

Interment: At a later date in Belcourt, ND.
