David V. Jeffrey, 78, of Columbia, MO and formerly of the Grand Forks, ND area passed away Saturday, May 7, 2022, at the Harry S. Truman Memorial Hospital in Columbia.

David Vincent Jeffrey was born on July 18, 1943, in Grand Forks ND to Vincent and Lillian Jeffrey of East Grand Forks, MN.  David worked maintenance at the University of North Dakota and many years at Altru Hospital in Grand Forks. David was a United States Army Veteran and served in Vietnam. David enjoyed fishing, cars and especially golfing.

David is survived by his two sons, Brian (Kim) Jeffrey of Atlanta, GA and Bradley (Kellea) Jeffrey of St. Louis, MO; grandchildren, Jantzen Jeffrey, Olivia Jeffrey and Jake Jeffrey; his siblings, Joann (Clarence) Nikle and Kevin Jeffrey, both of Grand Forks, ND and a sister-in-law, Martha (Mrs. Ron) Jeffrey, Midland, MI.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Ronald Jeffrey.

Memorial Mass: 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 25, 2022, in Sacred Heart Catholic Church in East Grand Forks, MN.
Family Greeting: One hour one prior to the liturgy in the church on Wednesday.
Interment: Calvary North Cemetery, Grand Forks, ND.
Military Honors: Accorded by members of the American Legion Post 157, the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 3817 and the North Dakota Army National Guard.
