Deborah "Debbie" Foley , 62, of Grand Forks, ND passed away Wednesday, November 27, 2019 at her home in Grand Forks.

Deborah Rae Foley was born April 17, 1957 in Grand Forks, ND the daughter of Raymond and Marlene (Holweger) Foley. She was raised in Grand Forks, ND, Tallahassee, FL and Larimore, ND. While living in Grand Forks, she attended St. Michael's Elementary School, Valley Junior High School and graduated from Grand Forks Central High School in 1975. Debbie was known for her loving and caring quietness, selflessness and her love for God.

She is survived by a son, David (Nancy) R. Foley; a daughter, Holly K. Foley; sisters, Jody (Vernon) Foley Henderson and Cindy Foley Gibson; a brother, Jeffrey Jon Foley, all of Tallahassee, FL; a brother, David Bradley Foley, Arvilla, ND; a stepbrother, Howard "Sonny" Jones, Ohio; many nieces nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Audrey; her parents; Raymond and Marlene Foley; paternal grandparents, John and Mary (Jerombeck) Foley; maternal grandparents, Joseph and Irene (Molstad) Holweger; uncles, Joseph Foley and Joseph Holweger, Jr.; stepfather, Howard Jones and a step brother, Kenneth "Buddy" Jones.

Mass of Christian Burial: 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, December 4, 2019 in St. Michael's Catholic Church, Grand Forks, ND.
Visitation: 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Tuesday with a 4:30 p.m. rosary service and 7:00 p.m. vigil service in the Historic Norman Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will continue for one hour prior to the liturgy in the church on Wednesday.
Interment: 10:00 a.m. Saturday, September 23, 2023 in Calvary North Cemetery, Grand Forks, ND.
