It is with deep sadness that the family of Debra Elaine Mann announce her passing on Tuesday, July 9, 2024, at the age of 66. Debra "Debbie" lost her long battle with lung disease peacefully in her home in Grand Forks, ND.

Born on January 7, 1958, in Colorado to Jimmy and Patricia Draughn (Covillo), she grew up in North Denver with her brothers, Louis and James, and later moved to Southern California where she spent five years in law enforcement and fraud investigation. She relocated back to Colorado and later met and married the love of her life, Mark Mann on February 12, 2000, in Fort Collins, Colorado, with whom she traveled the country and always said "is the best time she ever had".

Debbie was also devoted and loving mother to Brea (Marc) Sisler, grandmother "Lala" to Bailey Martin and Olive Lo Bue, and great-grandmother to Aristasia and Sonny Martinez. Bonus mother to Steven (Rachel) Mann and Chris (Emmalee) Mann, and bonus grandmother to Wesley, Spencer, Cooper, Laylee and Kristi (Tyler) Mann, Christina Sisler, Allyson (Jonathon) Harrell, Hayley (Brandon) Ratliff, and bonus great-grandmother to Adalynn and Logan Ratliff, and Sawyer and Harper Harrell.

Debbie lived a fulfilling life and was a woman of many talents. She had a passion for traveling and seeing the country with her husband Mark, jumping on his Harley Davidson at any given moment to explore a new location, and letting fate determine their next move. She loved her time in fraud investigation with the Anaheim Police Department, was an avid and talented pool player competing and winning many competitions, and later mastered the art of bartending, cooking and baking.

Debbie beautifully balanced kindness and generosity with strength and independence. She overcame many challenges in her life and taught those around her that anything was possible. Her love and compassion extended to all those who knew her, and she will be remembered for her infectious smile, sense of humor, and warm personality.

Rest in peace to a beloved mother, wife, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, best friend, and soul mate. You will forever be in our hearts and memories.
