Dennis W. Kreiger, 75, of Duluth, MN, passed away peacefully on April 2, 2020, at Ecumen Lakeshore in Duluth.

He was born December 23, 1944, to William and Loretta (Kennedy) Kreiger in Fargo, ND. He graduated from Larimore High School in 1962, and briefly attended Mayville State College. From 1967 to 1969 he served in the U.S. Army and completed a tour of duty in Vietnam. Dennis then worked as a computer operator at American Data in Fargo. In 1974, he relocated with that company and his family to Duluth, MN. Dennis started working as a computer technician at Advanstar Communications (formerly HBJ) in 1981 and retired in 2008; he made some great friends during those years.

Dennis treasured family and friends, and over the years enjoyed golf, bowling, annual trips to Joe's Lodge, playing the lottery, sudoku and watching sporting events. He especially enjoyed compiling stats for his beloved Atlanta Braves, PGA, Nascar and his grandchildren's sports.

Dennis is survived by his daughter Stacey (Mike) Eckert; grandchildren, Jordan and Sydney Eckert; brother Tom (Mary Jo) Kreiger; brothers-in-law Ron Wixo and Joe Farrell; and many special nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.

Dennis was preceded in death by his parents Bill and Ret Kreiger and his sisters, Retta Wixo and Donna Farrell.

In lieu of flowers , memorial donations may be sent to either Larimore Golf Course or Bellevue Cemetery.

A Graveside Service will be held at 10:30am on Saturday, May 15 ^th , 2021 at Bellevue Cemetery in Larimore, ND.
