Elizabethann Clara Adams, 94, of Reynolds, ND passed away peacefully June 6, 2024, at Northwood Deaconess Nursing Home, Northwood, ND.

Elizabethann is the daughter of Fred and Cecelia (Knipe) Adams born April 2, 1930, ­­in the library of her grandparents' home, Rudolph and Katheryn Adam.  She attended Michigan Township Rural  School #18 grades 1-8 then graduated high school at Reynolds High School.

On June 9, 1948, she married Ardell "Ardie" Adams at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, Reynolds, ND.  They built a home on a quarter of land gifted to them by Ardell's father, Joe, dedicating their lives to their children, farming and livestock.

Elizabethann was a lifetime member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, Reynolds where she was a member of the Christian Women's Organization groups serving at wedding, funerals, showers and other events in the Reynolds community.

Some of her life pleasures was serving others, tending to her family, garden and flowers.  Her greatest joy was helping others and being involved with her family and friends.  She was gifted with a love of music and a quick-witted sense of humor and always had a toast on the tip of her tongue for most occasions and the nursing home staff's favorite place to stop for a chat and a laugh.  She learned to play piano as a girl from her aunt, Magdelaine, walking 2 miles from the farm to Reynolds for lessons.    Elizabethann took that talent and love of music and shared it not only with her family playing the piano or electric organ and bursting into song often joined by Ardie singing a duet for the family, but also for the community by playing and singing for many weddings, funerals and at Sunday mass.

Elizabethann is survived by her children, Francis Adams, Reynolds, ND; Shirlee (Jack Fox) Wyatt, Gilbert, AZ; Mike (Denise) Adams, Judy (Kirke) Henry, Northwood, ND; Kathy (Brian Swenson) Adams, Fargo, ND; Kevin (Randi) Adams, Reynolds, ND: Anita (Bill) Adams-Smith, Amenia, ND; 25 grandchildren, 57 great grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren; brother Raymond (Diane) Adams, Reynolds, ND.  She is preceded in death by her husband Ardell "Ardie" Adams, her parents, Fred and Cecelia Adams, an infant son, Neil Fredrick, granddaughter, Lori Adams, great grandchild, Jade Christine Wyatt and daughter-in-law, Pamela Adams.

Memorial Mass: 11:00 a.m. Monday, June 17, 2024, in Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, Reynolds, ND.
Visitation: 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.  Sunday, June 16, 2024, with a 5:45 p.m. Rosary Service and 6:00 p.m. Vigil Service in Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church.  Visitation will continue for one hour prior to the liturgy in the church on Monday.
Burial: Following the Mass, in Calvary Cemetery, Reynolds, ND.
