Judith "Judy" Rosencrans , 86, of Grand Forks, ND passed away Wednesday, December 8, 2021, in Altru Hospital in Grand Forks.

Judith Laurine Willson was born on February 17, 1935, in Forest River, ND the daughter of Aubry and Grace (Johnson) Willson.  She attended Forest River School and graduated from high school in 1953.  Judy married Leo Rosencrans on September 3, 1953. They had two children, Ellen (C) Rose and Gerald Rosencrans.

Leo and Judy lived in Cavalier, ND while Leo was employed with the North Dakota Highway Patrol.  They moved to Drayton, ND, where they owned and operated a filing station.  Judy was employed for 22 years with the Development Center in Grafton, ND.  She moved to Grand Forks in 1999.  Judy loved reading and watching Jeopardy.  She especially loved visits from her family and friends and doting on her beloved cat, Ginger.

She is survived by her daughter; 5 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her beloved husband; her son; a sister; a brother and 2 nieces.
