Julie Lynn Coughlin , age 75, of Grand Forks, ND, passed away Monday, June 10, 2024, at her home with family by her side.

Julie was born to Frank and Myrtle Coughlin on August 14, 1948, in Duluth, MN. She graduated from Proctor High School in 1966. She had two children, Shawn and Lisa.

Julie moved to Grand Forks, ND in 1981 and worked at Wood Products Inc. until she retired in 2021. Julie loved spending time at the lake with her family, reading, gardening, and gambling at the local casinos.

She is survived by her son, Shawn (Jennifer) Adolfs; her daughter, Lisa (Richard) Hofstad; a brother, Thomas (Renee) Coughlin; a sister, Sandra (David) Vanloo; sister-in-law, Linda (James) Coughlin; 7 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren, and many nephews and nieces.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Myrtle Coughlin, and her brother, James Coughlin.

A Private Ceremony: Will be held on July 6, 2024, near her childhood home with close family.
