Lora J. Werre , 53, of Grand Forks, ND passed away Monday, September 30, 2024, at Altru Hospital in Grand Forks, ND, due to health issues. She was born on December 24, 1970 to Maynard and Theresa (Arias) Werre in Grand Forks, ND. She went on to attend school in Grand Forks. Lora enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her two grandchildren, Katana and Keyara, and of course her two youngest children, John Michael and Bridget.

When Lora was healthy, she enjoyed camping at the lake and thrifting. She enjoyed going out and playing the slots. She also collected Minnesota Vikings memorabilia, like her Dad, Maynard.

Lora is survived by her six children, Amy Werre, Kayle Werre, Erika (Dylan) Agnes, Nikki Onerheim, John Michael, and Bridget, her four grandchildren, Tristan, Katana, Blaine and Keyara, her brother, Maynard J. Werre, (Tracie Lewis) sisters, Ellen Werre, Betty Lee, and Julie Werre, the father of her two youngest children, Joe McGurren, and her step-mother Evonne Werre.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her nephew, Paul Bays, her niece, Nicole Olstad Werre, and the father of her two daughters, (Erika and Nikki) Gary Onerheim.

A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
