Lori Ann Hansen-Gustafson , 61, of Stanley, ND passed away on Monday, February 16, 2026, at Altru Hospital in Grand Forks, ND, surrounded by her loved ones.

Lori Ann Hansen was born on July 8, 1964, in Lisbon, ND to Lars and Dorothy (Kimble) Hansen. She was raised in Lisbon along with her sister, Denise, and her brother, Jasen, whom she loved very much.  She graduated from Lisbon High School and went off to college and obtained her degree in Early Childhood Development and Human Relations.  She then met the love of her life, Bryan Gustafson and they married on October 10, 1993. Two years later, they had a daughter, Kelly.

Lori's favorite job was being a childcare provider with her sister, Denise. Working with children was her true calling.  In 2016, she became a "Nana", which was her favorite title. She had three grandsons, Chandler, Jaxen, and Braxton. She loved to spend time with them taking them on picnics at the park, and many countless adventures. She loved to read them stories and just spending time with them.

Lori is survived by husband, Bryan Gustafson; a daughter, Kelly Gustafson; grandsons, Chandler, Jaxen, and Braxton; her parents, Dorothy and Tony Langmaack; a sister, Denise (Mike) Cary; a brother, Jasen (Kim) Hansen; niece, Jessica (Eric) Forystek; a nephew, Chad (Annie) Stroh, and many other friends and relatives.

Lori was preceded in death by her father, Lars Hansen.
