Marie L. Jorgenson, 53, of Grand Forks, ND passed away Saturday, March 14, 2026, at her home in Grand Forks.

Marie Lynn Jorgenson was born on April 17, 1972, in Park River, ND the daughter of Kermit and Arlene (Steinbrink) Jorgenson.  She was raised in Crookston, MN and Grand Forks, ND.  Following her graduation from high school, she was employed with the Bronze Boot Steak House in Grand Forks.  Marie went on to graduate from Molar Barber College in Fargo, ND and was employed as a barber for several years in Fargo.  She moved to Grand Forks and was employed as a barber with Tom and Jerry's Barbershop at the University of North Dakota.  She enjoyed gardening, cooking and watching television, especially The Lifetime Channel.

She is survived by her daughter, Brandi Jorgenson, and son-in-law, Brady Schweitzer, West Fargo, ND; her son, Bailee Jorgenson, Grand Forks, ND; her father, Kermit Jorgenson, Rosseau, MN; a sister, Brianna Steinbrink, Grand Forks, ND; her brothers, Paul (Sara) Jorgenson, Grand Forks, ND, Seth Jorgenson, Rosseau, MN, and Lucas Steinbrink, Grand Forks, ND; a grandson, Davian Schweitzer, and Baillee and Brandi's father, Eddie Gamboa.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Arlene.

Memorial Service: 1:00 p.m. Friday, March 27, 2026, in the Norman Funeral Home Chapel.
