Marjorie "Marge" Campbell, 78, of Grand Forks, ND went to heaven on Tuesday, April 7, 2020, with family at her side, at Valley Senior Living in Grand Forks.  She will be dearly missed by her family and friends.

Marjorie Sharon Ilene Bye was born at the Northwood Deaconess Hospital in Northwood, ND on August 23, 1941. She was the daughter of Kermit and Margaret (Bertherand) Bye.  Marjorie attended school in Hatton, ND and graduated from Hatton High School in 1959. She went on to graduate from the University of North Dakota and was a member of Tri Delta Sorority. While at UND, she met her future husband, James D. Campbell and they were married on February 2, 1964 in Grand Forks.

Marge taught school in Larimore, ND and Grand Forks, ND.  She retired from teaching to be a stay at home mom and raise her children.  Later in life, she owned and operated Grand Forks Tent and Awning. Marjorie was a member of Calvary Lutheran Church.

She is survived by her husband, James; her sons, Chris Campbell, Lakeville, MN and Corey (Jill) Campbell, Rosemount, MN.; 4 grandchildren, Abby, Mason, Keifer and Kyla; brothers, Kermit (Carol Beth) Bye Fargo, ND and Carl (Wanda) Bye, Bismarck, ND.

Marge was preceded in death by her parents; Kermit and Margaret Bye; her father-in-law and mother-in- law, Don and Dolores Campbell.

Memorial donations may be sent to the Alzheimer's Association or Calvary Lutheran Church, Grand Forks, ND.

A Private Family Prayer Service: Will be held in the Historic Norman Funeral Home Chapel.
A Graveside Service and Burial : Will be held at a later date.
