Nancy R. Overby, 66, of Grand Forks, ND passed away Saturday, March 20, 2021 at Valley Senior Living in Grand Forks.

Nancy Rae Overby was born December 8, 1954 in Grand Forks, ND the daughter of Maynard and Barbara (Jacobson) Overby.  She was raised and educated in Grand Forks.  Nancy was employed at McGuires Bar, Grand Café, Uptown Café, United Hospital and Amazon until her retirement.  Nancy was very family orientated and enjoyed looking after her great-nieces and great-nephews.  She enjoyed crocheting, crossword puzzles, cooking, baking, Bingo, a good thunderstorm and going to casinos.

Nancy is survived by her brothers; sisters and her her goddaughter, Janna Beth Overby, Stephen, MN; nieces and nephews, Garnett Gray, Dave (Nancy) Gray, Nile Cambell, all of Grand Forks, ND, Cheryl (Glenn) Stinar, Roosevelt, MN, Iann (John) Ravenhorst, Rochester, MN, Bernard Overby, Grand Forks, ND, Mayard (Michelle) Overby, Grand Forks, ND, Tim (Georgia) Overby, Mekinock, ND, Jeff Overby, Grand Forks, ND and Ken (Tami) Malo, Fargo, ND.

Nancy will be deeply missed by everyone.

A Private Family Service: Will be held on Thursday, March 25, 2021 in the Historic Norman Funeral Home Chapel.
A Celebration of Life :  Will be held later date.
