Patricia Angela (McNamee) Hendrickson, 85 of Grand Forks, ND, passed away on October 25, 2023 at her Son and Daughter-In-Law's home with her loved ones by her side.

Pat was born on August 29, 1938 in Grand Forks, North Dakota. The daughter of Thomas and Evelyn (Prescott) McNamee. She married Kermit Hendrickson on October 26, 1956 in Crookston, Minnesota. Together they had five children: Cindy (Mike) Humble, Gene Hendrickson, Ron (Renee) Hendrickson, Danny Hendrickson and Machelle Hagen all of Grand Forks. Pat grew up in Grand Forks and attended local schools. She worked as a dietary aide at United Hospital for many years. In her later years, she enjoyed being a foster grandparent at Grand Forks Head Start.

Pat was devoted to her family and loved spending time with them. She had a love for animals, baking crafts and plants. She enjoyed making blankets for the kids. What really made her sparkle was her many grandchildren. The littlest kids really kept her going and brought her so much light and joy. She loved feeding them sugar and always carried candy in her purse for them.

Pat is survived by her five children, a brother Bob McNamee (Florida), sisters Judy Stephenson and Rosie Boese (Nevada), eight grandchildren, ten great grandchildren (and baby girl due in February) and three great-great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents, brother, Tom McNamee; sister, Marge Kilmer; brothers-in-law, Jim Kilmer, Chuck Stephenson and Ron Boese; son-in-law, Mike Humble and her dog Boots.

Pat will be dearly missed by all who knew her. She will be remembered for her kind heart and sharp wit. She was fun to be around and could make anyone laugh.
