Robert Eugene Koopman passed away on November 10, 2021, in his home.  Bob was born on June 3, 1943 in Canby, Minnesota to Adolf and Ida (Busselman) Koopman. The family moved to Grand Forks in August, 1943, where he has lived since.

Bob was a self-employed painter and his hobbies included photography and electronics.  He was preceded in death by both parents, sister Mary Ann and nephew Randy Metzger.  He is survived by brothers Clark (Roberta) Koopman, Grand Forks, ND, David (Marilee) Koopman, Grand Forks, ND, sister Patty Metzger, Sioux Falls, SD, and several nieces and nephews.

A family gathering may be held at a later date.
