Rose Ann Stephens, beloved infant daughter of Trevor Stephens and Crystal Martinez; sister to Don Vigo-Martinez and Layla Bellamy; granddaughter to Bryan and Janie Tillery, as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins was born sleeping on September 28, 2019 at Altru Hospital in Grand Forks.

Rose Ann was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Julie Ann Martinez and Kevin Bartholomew.

Our lives were touched by her struggle to be here. Please, keep us in your thoughts as we prepare for coming to terms with our lives here without her.

Memorial Service: For everyone her little life touched at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, October 3, 2019 in the Historic Norman Funeral Home Chapel.
