Shirley Jean Bailey , passed away on Wednesday, November 6, 2024, at Maple View Memory Care, in Grand Forks, ND.

Shirley was born on December 3, 1940, to Alvin and Anna (Dahlstrom) Haga, in Clearbrook, MN.

Shirley is survived by her niece, Joann Johnson, (Scott Frederick) her sisters, Arlys and Ardith, as well as many nieces and nephews.

Shirley was preceded in death by her second husband, Benjamin Bailey, Jr., her parents, Alvin and Anna Haga; her daughter, Debra Jean Heathman, and her first husband, Jack Heathman, her twin sister, Sharon, and her brothers, Leroy, James, and Donnie.

We would like to thank the wonderful staff at Maple View Memory Care that cared for and loved Shirley, they became her second family. She will always be remembered for her quick wit, and red lipstick.

Shirley's wishes were to be cremated, and to have her interment at the Concordia Lutheran Church Cemetery, in Clearbrook MN, where her parents and daughter reside. There will be no public funeral, there will be a small graveside service planned in the spring of 2025.
