Suzan Dahlgren Huus, 72, of Grand Forks, ND, passed away Tuesday evening, December 10, 2019.

Suzan Dahlgren was born on December 1, 1947, in Crookston, MN the daughter of Clark and Jean (Soldin) Dahlgren. She grew up in Crookston, where she graduated from Crookston Central High School, in 1965. She went on to attend the Minneapolis Business College. In 1969, Suzan began working at the University of North Dakota Medical School where she remained throughout her career.

On June 6, 1970, Suzan married Larry "Bob" Huus at Trinity Lutheran Church in Crookston. They made their home in Grand Forks, where they raised their two children, Robb and Shelley. She was involved with the Grand Forks Humane Society and was an active member of Calvary Lutheran Church, PEO and the Grand Forks Curling Club. Her grandchildren were her pride and joy. She enjoyed her summers at Cass Lake, MN and her winters in West Palm Beach, FL.

Suzan is survived by her son, Robb (Chris) Huus, Fargo, ND; her daughter, Shelley (Nick) Bjerke, Grand Forks, ND; grandchildren, Dylan, Braden, Bella, Bryson, Hudson and Gage; a brother, Michael (Susan) Dahlgren, Atlantis, FL; sisters, Sandy (Dick) Cavanah, North Palm Beach, FL, Sally Dahlgren, Boynton Beach, FL, Sherry (Todd) Neal, Palm Beach Gardens, FL and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Larry "Bob" Huus and her parents, Clark and Jean Dahlgren.

Funeral Service: 10:30 a.m. Monday, December 16, 2019 in Calvary Lutheran Church, 1405 South 9 ^th Street Grand Forks, ND.
Visitation: One hour prior to the service in the church on Monday
Burial: Memorial Park South Cemetery, Grand Forks, ND.
