THERESA FLORENCE BUSHAW

With deep sadness we announce the passing of Theresa (Bazey) Bushaw, 92 of Grand Forks, ND who passed away on May 26, 2025 at Valley Senior Living in Grand Forks, ND.

Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held on Monday, June 16, 2025 at 11:00 am in the Norman Funeral Home in Grand Forks, ND, with visitation from 10-11am in the funeral home.

Theresa Florence Bushaw, was born on August 11, 1932 in Oslo, MN. She is the daughter of John and Lillian (Ebertowski) Bazey. Raised in Chicago and Grand Forks, ND graduating from St. James High School in Grand Forks.

On February 9, 1953 she was married to Kenneth Bushaw in Grand Forks, being a military family, they moved around quite a bit while raising their 7 children. They were also blessed with 7 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.

Theresa was a member of St Mary's and St. Michael's Altar Society. Her years at Columbia Park Tower, Grand Forks, were spent with some of her best friends.

Theresa is survived by children, Sharon (Jon) Kosiak of Bismarck, ND, Nancy (Randy) Bosch of Linton, ND, Judy (John) Nelson of Oslo, MN, Kevin of Grand Forks and Pat of Hawaii; a sister, Lorraine Bushaw of Grand Forks and nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Lillian; husband Kenneth; a daughter Randy Bushaw, a son Michael Bushaw and a sister, Alice Bazey.

Theresa's family would like to thank Tufte Manor and Valley Senior Living for taking great care of her for the last few months.
