Theresa E. Mutcher, 70, of Grand Forks, ND passed away Monday, June 21, 2021, at her home in Grand Forks.

Theresa Ella Devos was born on July 14, 1950, in Grafton, ND the daughter of Francis and Marian (Rose) Devos.  She moved with her family to Crookston, MN and graduated from Crookston High School in 1969.  Theresa moved to Grand Forks and was employed at Web's Cafe and later the University of North Dakota Rehabilitation Center.  She went on to be employed with the University of North Dakota Dining Services and retired after 35 years of service.  Theresa married Robert Mutcher on November 23, 1990, in Grand Forks.  She enjoyed cooking, baking, going to casinos and spending time with her family at the lake.  Theresa had a strong Catholic faith and was a longtime member of St. Michael's Catholic Church in Grand Forks.  She was a dedicated and loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

She is survived her husband of 30 years, Robert; her mother, Marian Devos, Crookston, MN; a daughter, Terri (A.J.) Mutscher, Grand Forks, ND; her sons, Jay Dee (Amanda) Mutscher, Grand Forks, ND and Robert (Lisa) Mutcher, Jr., Sioux Falls, SD; a foster son, Roger Granger, Grand Forks, ND; her sisters, Joyce (Mrs. Tom) Murphy, Grand Forks, ND, Diane (Mrs. Ron) Mutscher, Grand Forks, ND, Linda (Russell) Brown, Crookston, MN and Darlene (John) Olson, Crookston, MN; brothers, Francis Devos, Crookston, MN and Leonard (Luanne) Devos, Crookston, MN; her aunt and godmother, Marcy Dunrud; an aunt, Nora Rose; a sister-in-law, Cheryl (Mrs. Charles) Devos, Crookston, MN; 6 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her father, Francis; a sister, Irene Mutcher; a brother, Charles Devos and an infant brother, Ronald.

Mass of Christian Burial: 11:00 a.m. Saturday, June 26, 2021, in St. Michael's Catholic Church, Grand Forks, ND.
Visitation: 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Friday with a 7:00 p.m. vigil service in the Historic Norman Funeral Home Chapel.  Visitation will continue for one hour prior to the liturgy in the church on Saturday.
Burial: Memorial Park South Cemetery, Grand Forks, ND.
