TIMOTHY H. DIETZ

Timothy H. Dietz , age 65, of Hillsboro, ND, died unexpectedly on Monday, April 7, 2025 at Altru Hospital in Grand Forks, ND.

Timothy H. Dietz, a son of Harold and Juliet (Marcotte) Dietz, was born on January 22, 1961 at Devils Lake, ND. At a young age, he moved with his family to Langdon, ND, where he attended school. After his education, Tim began working in the construction field. He worked for several different construction companies all over North Dakota. Due to health reasons, Tim had to quit working.

He loved gardening, cooking on his grill for family, riding his Harley and taking drives in the country.

He is survived by children, Ivan Dietz of Cando, ND, Elaina Dietz of Hillsboro, ND and Terry (Alison) Dietz of Fergus Falls, MN; 15 grandchildren; sisters, Margaret (Carmen) Ewert of Langdon, ND and Janine (Jeff) Lovold of Roseau, MN; 2 nieces; several cousins and friends.

Tim was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Paul, Dale and Steven; and a daughter Marlana Dietz-Reckmo

Memorial Service: 1:00 p.m. Saturday April 26, 2025 in the Norman Funeral Home Chapel.
Family Greeting: One hour prior to the  service in the funeral home on Saturday.
Interment: Will be at a later date.
