TIMOTHY BRYAN MCCOY

Timothy Bryan McCoy, 58 of East Grand Forks, MN, passed away on Wednesday, April 20, 2022 after a short battle with cancer.

Tim was born on November 23, 1963 in Fairbanks, Alaska, son of John E. McCoy and Claudette (Foster) McCoy.  He attended school in Grand Forks, North Dakota graduating from Red River High School.  Tim worked in various occupations throughout his life from the oil fields to factories.  He finished his career working for ION Field Services as a lead mechanic and equipment manager. On March 19, 2022 he married Lynn Enderle in Grand Forks, ND

Tim enjoyed the outdoors, especially fishing and a good hearty campfire. He also enjoyed reading books by the bag full. He also followed NASCAR racing and football. He could always easily be talked into going to a demolition derby.

He is survived by his wife Lynn (Enderle) McCoy, a son, Bryan Hotvedt, daughter, Lisa McCoy and their mother, Sandy Pingry; his mother Claudette McCoy; siblings, John McCoy, Peggy McCoy, Bill (Brenda) McCoy and Kathy (Bob) Olmsted.  Tim also has five grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father Jack McCoy.  He will be missed by all.

Memorial Service: Monday, April 25, 2022 at 12:00 p.m. in the Norman Funeral Home in Grand Forks.
