Vicki Lynn Ryan (nee Schulz) passed away unexpectedly at home on June 13, 2024, of health complications.

Vicki, 68, from East Grand Forks, MN, left behind a loving family including husband Ken Sweeney, son, Cody, grandson, Kaleb, siblings, Nancy, Lori, Todd, Tina and many other extended family members.  She is preceded in death by father, Ken, and mother, Patricia.

Vicki was the proud owner of the local restaurant Red Pepper East which she owned and operated for more than 40 years.  She was happy to be part of the business community and took part in many local benefits and fund raisers.  She enjoyed spending time with her husband at their lake property in the summer and girl weekends with her sisters as well as hosting  many holiday events for friends and family.

A Celebration of Life: will be held on Saturday, July 27, 2024, at Red Pepper East, 1504 Central Avenue East Grand Forks, MN 56721 from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
