WILLIAM E. BROUILLARD

William E. Brouillard, age 55 of Grand Forks, ND, died on Monday, August 25, 2025 at his home.

William E. Brouillard, a son of Donald and Patricia (Ososki) Brouillard, was born on May 22, 1970 at Detroit Lakes, MN. At a young age he moved with his family to West Fargo, ND where he was reared and educated.  After his graduation Bill began working for construction companies in the Fargo-Moorhead area. In 2023 he moved to Grand Forks, ND due to health reasons and has resided there since.

He enjoyed hunting, fishing, softball, Bison football and Viking's football.

He is survived by his mother, Patricia Brouillard of Grand Forks, ND; a sister, Elizabeth (Jeff) Kruk of East Grand Forks, MN and a niece, Abigail Brouillard.

Bill was preceded in death by his father, Donald Bouillard.

Celebration of Life: will be held on Friday, August 29, 2025 at 10:00 am in the Norman Funeral Home Chapel.

Visitation: one hour before service time in the funeral home

Burial: St. Edward's Cemetery, Drayton ND.
