It is with a heavy heart that Patricia Parsons and Donald Parsons announce the passing of our oldest son, Bill (39 years) of compilations from Covid in Grand Forks, North Dakota.

Bill leaves behind his parents, Donald and Patricia Parsons of Rugby, ND;  sisters, Lindsey Parsons Flores of Methuen, MA, Meghan Parsons Ruescher of Anchorage, AK, Erica Parsons of Rugby, ND, McKayla Parsons of Rugby, ND and a brother, Donald Parsons of Red Wing, MN.  Bill also leaves behind the love of his life of 15 years, Jamie Norquay and three children, Tristan, Harley and Elliyonna all of Grand Forks, ND.  Bill an avid New England Patriots, Boston Red Sox and Boston Bruins fan.
